On Saturday, June 23, at approximately 5:37 a.m. Magee Police Department received a call from an alarm company stating that an alarm had been triggered at Eastside Grocery. Patrol officers arrived at approximately 5:40 a.m. and discovered that the business had been broken into.
The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office reported 33 arrests from June 11 to June 18.
The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office reported 24 arrests from June 4 to June 11.
Things have been a bit quiet in Magee since last week. The Magee Police Department reports the following arrests: Bryan Thurman of 166 Hayes Gray Road Mendenhall was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.
The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office reported 26 arrests from May 21 to May 28.
Christopher Brown of 184 James Boykin Road Magee MS was arrested on May 22 and charged with manufacturing marijuana.
The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office reported 26 arrests from May 14 to May 21.
Colin Forbish of 283 Bluff Creek Road Wiggins MS was arrested on May 15 and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
District Attorney Matt Sullivan announces the following defendants have been adjudicated guilty and sentenced to significant punishments for felony crimes committed in the Thirteenth District. Simpson County: Robert Kilpatrick received 10 years for Possession of Methamphetamine. Jerry Hutchins received 10 years for Possession of Methamphetam
The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office reported 32 arrests from May 7 to May 14.
