Cornelius Xavier Juwan Hobbs was arrested on August 9 and charged with a drive-by shooting that took place on Big Mike Road in the Mary Grove community last December.
Shots were fired into a home, but no one was injured. Authorities say two stolen vehicles from Gulfport, MS, were used in the drive-by and were later discovered crashed on Shelly Road.
Hobbs was officially charged with drive-by shooting, two counts of simple assault, domestic violence, and malicious mischief. Hobbs has had his initial appearance and bond was set at $102,863.
Investigation into this incident is ongoing.
