Magee Mayor Dale Berry turned himself in to the Simpson County Sheriff's Office Sunday afternoon after domestic violence charges were filed against him by his wife, Keilah Berry.
The charges were filed Saturday, but Berry was unavailable when law enforcement went to his residence to serve the warrant for his arrest.
