Simpson County was well represented at the 29th Keep Mississippi Beautiful Awards. Keep Mendenhall Beautiful and Keep Simpson County Beautiful organizations were both recognized for being Keep America Beautiful President’s Circle and KMB Circle of Excellence award winners. Keep Mendenhall Beautiful in collaboration with the Mount Olive Dixie National Wagon Trail also won the third place Civic Collaboration Award. Keep Simpson County Beautiful won first place in the City Government Partnership Award.
