Simpson Academy Hires New Head Football Coach

Simpson County Academy, Inc. is proud to introduce Todd Mangum as the 13th Head Football Coach in our schools 50 year history. Coach Mangum is no stranger to Simpson Academy as he began his career here in 1986 as an Assistant Football coach.

Throughout his career, Coach Mangum has worked on both sides of the ball as a position coach as well as serving as the Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator at his various stops across Mississippi.

Coach Mangum brings 18 years of Head Football Coaching experience, and a State Championship as the Head Coach at Wayne County High School during the 2015 football season.

Please join us as we welcome Todd and Kim Mangum along with their children Natalie (Matt) Lee and Will Mangum, and their grandson, Carter, to the Simpson Academy Cougar Family!
