NATIONAL SUMMARY
With a sprawling area of high pressure overhead, dry
conditions will be in place tomorrow for most of the eastern
two-thirds of the country. A couple of rain or show showers
may zip through Ohio and southern Michigan, though these
should not be particularly impactful. Rain will continue
along the West coast, with a swath of steady rain remaining
over much of California. Rain will also extend inland into
the Great Basin and northward into Oregon. Rain will be
heaviest in Southern California, including Los Angeles and
San Diego. Heavy snow will fall in the Sierra, though it may
remain above pass level for much of the day. Lighter snow is
also expected in portions of Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
