Joe Garner, Sr. 75, of Raleigh, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020. He was born Tuesday, July 25, 1944.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24, 2020, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee.
Graveside services were held Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Raleigh. Bro. Donnie Guy officiated. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee was in charge of arrangements (601) 849-5031.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J. P. and Cora Garner; brother, M. C. Garner.
Survivors include his wife, Cleo Garner; sons, Joe Garner, Jr. and John Garner; brother, Paul Garner; sisters, Peggy Ivy and Jane Garner.
