Memorial services for Mr. Karl Joseph Jones, 65, Mount Olive, were held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11 a.m. from the Chapel at Reeves Funeral Home, Mount Olive.
Mr. Jones passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 at his residence.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He enjoyed cooking, watching movies, playing dominoes and chess. He was a truck driver by trade.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elbert Jones. and one grandchild.
Survivors include, his wife, Martha Jones, his mother, Lavetta Jones, one sister, Alice Jones, one brother, Will Henry Jones, six children, Varsha Jones, Patrick Smiley, Karlton Jones, Karla Jones, Terrence Jones and Marlan Jones, nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
