The City of Mendenhall recently updated all the water meters in the city.
The new meters give citizens more options to monitor their water than ever before using the EyeOnWater app, a website and app available on your mobile phone that allows the customer to view how much water they are using and even alert them to the possibility of leaks on their property. The app also creates analysis so customers can compare water use from month to month.
To sign up for the app you need to visit eyeonwater.com/signup to create an online account. Then enter your service or billing zip code and your account number then click next. Then follow the signup instructions for entering an email address and creating a password.
A verification email will be sent, and users are instructed to click the link in the email and login to their EyeOnWater account.
Once logged in you will be able to view your water consumption and set leak alerts.
