On June 24, 2021 Magee Officers responded to Dirt Cheap
parking lot in reference to a ‘Domestic Dispute’ complaint.
Officers and Assistant Chief Chris Jones made contact with Eric Evans (left),
Stephanie Dawn Smith, and Joshua Kevin Bryant (rt) aka “Uncle Sack”.
Evans was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, to
wit: Fentanyl.
Bryant had been on-the-run from Rankin County for
numerous months for Possession of Methamphetamine, Heroin, and
Fentanyl.
Bryant was arrested for these warrant(s) and is awaiting
transport to Rankin County.
Stephanie Smith was cited for Possession of
Paraphernalia and released.
