Board adopts medical cannabis permit application

The Simpson County Board of Supervisors held their recessed meeting on April 17. Attorney Danny Welch presented the board with a medical cannabis permit application. It includes an indemnity agreement that protects the county from any backlash for adopting the current ordinance. The application permit was unanimously approved.
