In a heartfelt celebration of academic achievement, the Amicae Auxiliary of Rho Iota Zeta Chapter of Mendenhall hosted its annual Baccalaureate Program on May 18, 2025, at Mendenhall Bible Church. This year’s ceremony honored graduating seniors from Magee High School and Mendenhall High School, recognizing their dedication and perseverance throughout the school year.
Each year, the auxiliary extends an invitation to local school counselors to nominate deserving seniors and special needs students to participate in the ceremony, ensuring their hard work is acknowledged.
Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to education, the Amicae Auxiliary awarded over $1,600 in scholarships and commemorative medallions to students who participated in the program. The organization remains devoted to supporting the success of local graduates and vows to continue uplifting the next generation of scholars in the years ahead.
