The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office reported 19 arrests from September 22 to September 29.
The SCSO reported the following arrests: motor vehicle theft, simple assault (2), warrants (2), driving with license suspended, disorderly conduct, careless driving, work program (2), telephone harassment, assault, disturbance of family, DUI 2nd, DUI 1st (3), public drunk, and hold.
The Mendenhall Police Department reported 5 arrests from September 22 to September 29.
The MPD reported the following arrests: trespassing, warrant, malicious mischief, speeding, and driving with license suspended.
The Magee Police Department reported 11 arrests from September 22 to September 29.
Desmon Martes Langston of 213 North Main Street Mont Olive MS was arrested on September 27 and charged with kidnapping, and domestic violence.
James Robert Roberts of 100 5th Street Collins was arrested on September 27 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The MPD reported the following additional arrests: driving with license suspended (2), no insurance, domestic violence, DUI 1st (2), hold, DUI 1st other, and public intoxication.
