Bertie Mae Bynum Rogers passed away on December 24, 2024. She was born on August 22, 1928, to Lloyd Morgan Bynum and Flora Lee McNeil Bynum in Taylorsville, MS.
She was oreceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Herman W. Rogers, her parents and three siblings.
She is survived by her son, Anthony Herman Rogers (Tony); grandsons, Derek Wilson Rogers (Kristy), Terry Lee Rogers; siblings, Mary Ware, Billy Joe Bynum, Shirley Fontaine, DeDe Shorter, Hilmer Bynum, Hilda Price and many nieces and nephews.
The graveside service was held on December 28, 2024, at Southern Memorial Gardens in Magee, MS. Arrangements were entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
