Magee Board Hears Water Updates, Approves Major Sewer and Water Funding Package

Mayor Mark Grubbs gave updates on Magee water issues at the opening of the Board of Aldermen regular meeting held Tuesday, February 17.

The clear well tank has been sanitized and repainted. The storage tank has been cleaned. Water samples taken were returned clear. Plant one is back up and running.

Mayor’s Food Drive underway in Magee

Mayor Mark Grubbs announced during the Magee Mayor and Board of Aldermen’s regular meeting on February 3, that the annual Mayor’s Food Drive is underway.
One pound packages of spaghetti noodles will be collected through February 27 and given to food distribution sites in Magee and surrounding counties.
