Betty Ann Clark, 88, of Mt. Olive, MS, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at the Sparrow Hills Personal Care in Lucedale, MS. She was born Friday, March 13, 1936, in Smith County, Mississippi.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee, 302 Eighth Ave. SW, Magee, MS. Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial followed in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Raleigh, MS. Bro. David McCord officiated. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee was in charge of arrangements, 601-849-5031.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Clark; father, William Scott Allen; mother, Estelle Hawkins Allen; brother, Robert Lee Allen.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Elizabeth McRaney of Mount Olive, MS; grandchild, Dawn Wimberley; sister, Margaret Sullivan; great grandchildren, Gracen Wimberley and Kinley Wimberley; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
Pallbearers were Frank Sullivan, Tommy Sullivan, Jason Sullivan, Logan Sullivan, Dustin Sullivan, and Bryan Wimberley.
Honorary pallbearers were Danny Robinson and Burt Wallace.
Special music was performed by Valerie McCord.
