Betty Sue Tanner Hamilton, lovingly known to many as “Maw Betty,” 90, of Mize, MS, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS, surrounded by loved ones. She lived a long life marked by strength, resilience, and deep love for her family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will follow in Calvary Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Mize. Bro. Joe Metts, Bro.
