Beulah Mae Sanders Stephens, previously a resident of Magee, MS, passed away in Lexington, Kentucky, on February 2, 2025, at the age of 97. Beulah, a no-nonsense southern lady, lived a long life full of spunk and laughter. She was active in her community, working as the Chamber Lady for Magee for 11 years. Beulah was a devoted and contributing member of Dry Creek Baptist Church for 29 years. Married to Ray Stephens for 65 years, they were blessed with three children. She was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter, Donna Stephens McCranie, leaving on this earth her remaining two children, Marilyn Richardson of Lexington, Kentucky, and Tony Stephens of San Antonio, Texas. Known as Mom me and loved by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she was hard working and left this world a better place. Services will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Natchez, MS, on March 15, 2025, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
