Charlotte loved her family fiercely and cherished her friends. She had a true gift for cooking and found joy in feeding those she loved. Sewing and crafting were among her favorite pastimes, and she made many quilts over the years, each one stitched with love and destined to be treasured by those lucky enough to receive one.
She delighted in the simple pleasures of life: the color purple, sunflowers, quilts, a good cup of coffee, autumn days, oysters, Clay Dirt’s chicken, and the beauty of sunrises and sunsets. She had a fond place in her heart for animals, chickens, pigs, and especially cats, which she liked in the house and out of the house.
Charlotte’s gentle spirit, caring heart, and unwavering love will remain forever in the lives of those she touched. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with her Heavenly Father.
