Dianne Davis Herring passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026. She was born March 25, 1946, in Carthage, MS, to Mabel Sandling Davis and Emmet Morris Davis. The family relocated to Raleigh, MS, where she graduated from Raleigh High School in 1964. In true Dianne fashion, she couldn't do just one thing at a time, simultaneously attending the Fondren School of Cosmetology during her last two years of high school, graduating in 1965.
Visitation was held Monday, March 9, at First Baptist Church in Raleigh, from 10–11 a.m., followed immediately by a service at 11 a.m. Burial followed at North Raleigh Cemetery.
