Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 302 Eighth Ave SW, Magee, MS. Funeral services began at 11 a.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial followed in Sharon Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Magee. Kevin McWilliams and Bro. Jacob McKenzie officiated. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Maddox; mother, Lois Maddox; sisters, Martha Little, Rita Weathersby, and Dora Jane Maddox.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Beverly Maddox; sons, Jason Grayson (Kellie) and Josh Maddox (Jessica); daughters, Janie Smith (Alex) and Shanell Ross (Wiley); seven grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers were Jason Grayson, Josh Maddox, Caleb Ross, Dylan Grayson, Branson Maddox, and Kevin Barnes.
