It is still too early to be sure what the Ukrainian war has in store, but it seems obvious that the Ukrainian military is putting up a bigger fight than Russia expected. We hope this latest episode of Russian adventurism is the result of careful strategic planning by Vladimir Putin and not paranoia or egomania.
