Running with the Special Olympics torch into Boswell’s campus recently as part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run are from left: Magee Police Officer Mike Grubbs, Magee Police Chief Chris Jones, Simpson County Deputy Mark Herrin and Simpson County Sheriff Paul Mullins. A ceremony honoring the athletes and officers was held on Boswell’s campus before the torch moved on to another location enroute to the Fall Games at Camp Shelby in Hattiesburg.
