Jason Todd Frith, 46, of Mendenhall, MS, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall, MS. He was born Friday, November 3, 1978, in Flowood, MS.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall, 3077 Simpson Hwy 13, Mendenhall, MS. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Mendenhall Cemetery. Bro. Matt Armstrong officiated. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall was in charge of arrangements, 601-847-4401.
Jason was a very gentle, loving soul. He enjoyed many things, including spending time at home, long rides in the country, attending his day program at Mill Creek of Collins, eating Little Debbie cakes, and of course, carrying his ruler.
He is survived by his mother, Martha Susan Palmer Frith; favorite aunt, Judy Palmer; aunts, Linda Ellzy, and Carolyn Mangum (Robert); uncle, Bennie Palmer (Amanda); cousins, Chasity McQueen (Steve), Alisha Walker (Bobby), Justin Mangum (Tiffany), Ali Frye (Joseph), Jarrad Palmer, Victoria Palmer, Clark Mangum, Wilkin Frye, Matthew McQueen, Ella McQueen and Jake Walker; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers were Justin Mangum, Jarrad Palmer, Bennie Palmer, Clark Mangum, Matthew McQueen, Robert Mangum, Steve McQueen, and Joseph Frye.
Special music was performed by Tiffany Mangum.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Singh and the staff at Simpson General Hospital for the love and care given to Jason.
