On January 3, 2018, at approximately 9:57 p.m. , the manager of Wards Restaurant in Magee reported to the Magee Police Department via 911 that they had been robbed at gunpoint by a man who had taken an undisclosed amount of cash from the business. The suspect had then fled from the store.
