NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will bring showers to southern and eastern Texas
into the lower Mississippi River Valley tomorrow. Steadier
rain will spread from the Tennessee River Valley up into the
Ohio River Valley and Michigan. Later in the day, periods of
snow will begin in central Pennsylvania and the Southern
Tier of New York. An icy mix can occur in western New York
and the Appalachian Mountains in the Appalachians of West
Virginia. This will spread eastward overnight, leading to
concern for slippery and icy spots into the following
morning. Eastern Montana in the morning can have some
freezing rain that accretes. Snow snow will spread across
Idaho and Montana throughout the day. Western Oregon and
Washington can have a few showers. Elsewhere will largely
remain dry. The Plains will be mild.
