NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain is expected to affect a large area in Missouri,
Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee
tomorrow. On the northern and western edge of the
precipitation shield, a mix of rain and snow will fall in
southern Nebraska and northwestern Iowa. A narrow swath of
accumulating snow will blanket central Nebraska and
northwestern Iowa. Meanwhile, the arrival of the next front
will bring more low-elevation rain and mountain snow to
Washington, Oregon, northern Idaho and Northern California.
After a damp few days, the Northeast will get a brief break
from any precipitation. Despite the lack of any rain,
sunshine will be limited in most of the region. The
Southwest can also expect a dry day, with a partly to mostly
sunny sky.
