Mrs. Ruby Nell Coulter, 77, resided in Gallatin, Tenn., passed away peacefully on March 6, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born on December 21, 1940 in Magee to the late Luke and Novice Padgett. She is also preceded in death by one sister, Virdue Stubbs.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Gerald Coulter; three children, Michael, Rhonda, and Thomas Coulter, and two brothers, Uriel and Darrell Padgett.
