Philip Alexander Hopkins, 86, of Mendenhall, MS, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born Sunday, August 21, 1938, in Louisiana.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Mendenhall, MS. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Mendenhall. Burial followed in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. Tim Parker and Bro. George Owens officiated. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall was in charge of arrangements, 601-847-4401.
