Ralea Hanna, center front, was named Simpson County’s Distinguished Young Woman, on Saturday, March 4. Ralea is the daughter of Joe and Misty Hanna. She attends Mendenhall High School, where she is involved in marching band, jazz band, winter guard, tennis, Simpson County Youth Leadership, Mu Alpha Theta, Beta, National Honor Society, and National Technical Honors Society. She also serves as HOSA president. After high school, she plans to attend the University of Southern Mississippi to pursue a career in elementary education.
