Reba Love Rainey passed away on December 8, 2025. She was born on January 19, 1946, to R.T. Thompson and Sarentha Welch.
She was preceded in death by her parents and the father of her children, Alonzo Berry Rainey; her son, Alonzo Berry Rainey Jr.; brother, Willie B. "Diddle" Thompson; sisters, Hazel Ellzy, Murle Myers, Pauline Berry, and Ira Sue Fortenberry.
Reba is survived by her son, Jeffrey Rainey; daughters, Michelle Rainey, Tina Olney, Addie Henderson; brother, Timmy Thompson; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, Lily, Lila and Luna Grantham, Keaton and Ivy Olney, Giovana and Milani Zapata, Ella Walling, and two on the way.
A graveside service was held on December 10, 2025, at Stonewall Cemetery in Pinola, MS.
Arrangements were entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
