Ruby L. Blair, age 75, passed away on February 8, 2025. She was born on April 14, 1949, to Reuben Timothy Burris and Marilyn Frances Wiltshire in Jackson, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Claude Edward Blair; her father, Reuben Burris; mother, Marilyn Frances Burris; her son, Jeff Curtis; brother, Franklin Julius Burris; and son-in-law, Fredrick Padgett.
She is survived by her son, Miles Leritte (Christina); daughters, Julie Leachman and Rachel Padgett; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
The service was held on February 15, 2025, at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS.
Interment followed in Hopewell Presbyterian Cemetery in Jefferson Davis County.
