Cougars beat Presbyterian Christian

The Simpson Academy Cougars are on a roll as they improved their win streak to three games with a 21-14 win over the Presbyterian Christian Bobcats. It was a closely contested game and a great win for the Cougars that moved the team to 1-0 in district play.

A bright side in Trojans’ loss, 21-47

The Magee Trojans fell to the Lawrence County Cougars last Friday with a final score of 21-47.
It was a slow start for the Trojans, who found themselves behind 20-0 at halftime. They struggled to stop the Cougar rushing attack and surrendered several big plays. The Cougars went on to rush for 567 yards and seven touchdowns.
