The Simpson Academy Cougars went to a two game winning streak with impressive victories of 32-3 over Wayne Academy and 30-0 over district opponent Lamar. The Cougars had a tough game last Friday against Madison-Ridgeland Academy, losing 7-42 in a non-district contest.

County Super Bowl resumes with Tiger win

The Mendenhall Tigers dominated the Trojans in the 97th Simpson County Super Bowl with a 31-0 victory.
The Tigers set the tone for a win on the field after being declared the winner of the Blood Bowl, with Mendenhall students donating six units of blood more than Magee donors.
