The Mendenhall Lady Tigers Volleyball Team finished their season last Thursday and celebrated Senior Night. The team honored their seniors Kyrah Weathersby, Adrianna Catchings, Kamala McLaurin, Chesani Banks, Kimora McGruder, Amber Womack, and Kandace Mays.
Head Coach Christie Byther said, “The Mendenhall Tiger volleyball team has shown incredible resilience and determination throughout this season. Despite facing numerous challenges, the team pushed through with unwavering spirit and dedication. Each game was a testament to their hard work, and the camaraderie among the players was truly inspiring. As we say farewell to our seniors, we acknowledge the end of an era. Their leadership, skill, and passion have been the cornerstone of our team's success. They will be dearly missed, but their legacy will continue to inspire future generations of Tigers.”
She continued “This season was not just about the games; it was about the bonds we formed and the memories we created. From intense practices to thrilling matches, every moment spent together strengthened our team. The laughter, support, and shared experiences have made this season unforgettable.
