Trojans defeated Crystal Spring and face Tigers

The Magee Trojans finished the season on the highest of notes after defeating the Crystal Springs Tigers 56-10. Tristan Newsome played extremely well completing 7 of 12 passes for 140 yards and three touchdowns. Dq Levy led all receivers with two receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown.

Simpson Cougars destroy St. Joseph Bruins

The SCA Cougars hosted the St. Joseph Bruins in the first round of the playoffs. The Cougars previously played the Bruins in a close regular season game that they won 28-21. In their second matchup the Cougars had their number winning the game 41-13.

M’hall Tigers sweep Northeast Jones

The Tigers finished the task of sweeping their district last Friday with a 19-14 victory over Northeast Jones. The Tigers are on a four-game winning streak entering the playoffs and will face the Stone Tomcats in the first round of the playoffs. The Tigers will enjoy the fruits of their accomplishment by hosting the first round.

Congratulations Mendenhall Marching Band

Mendenhall High School Tiger Pride Marching Band for placing ninth in the Mississippi High School Activities Association
(MHSAA) 4A State Marching Band Competition and third overall for percussion.
Competing against 15 other schools this weekend, the band ended their marching season among the Top 10.
